POLICY

Results from consuming the products offered on the Site may vary from person to person. Please do not use the products available on the Site when pregnant or breastfeeding. You should consult your doctor before using the products offered on the Site, or any dietary supplement. The statements on the Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and the products offered on the Site are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

RETURN

  • To the extent permitted at law, we offer no refunds unless a Product is faulty.

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

  • If you receive a faulty Product you must advise us via email within 7 days of receiving the product and return the Product To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We do not accept returns or provide refunds for dissatisfaction with the product.
