A 90% polyester, 10% spandex knit, light enough to forget in heat, with a built-in liner so nothing else is needed underneath. The high-rise waistband is wide enough to stay put without digging, and the leg is cut loose so it moves with the stride rather than gripping it.
Blanc Optique is a bright, clean white. The outer layer is dense enough to wear on its own, and the liner covers what the fabric does not.
