OUR APPROACH TO SHIPPING

At Aesthetics Dynasty, we believe the journey of your order should reflect the same precision and care that goes into our designs. From the moment you click “purchase” to the moment you unbox your piece, we ensure a seamless, secure, and timely delivery experience.

WHERE WE SHIP

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. This focus allows us to maintain our standard of service, ensuring each order arrives as intended.

Note: We do not yet offer international shipping or delivery to PO Boxes.

COMPLIMENTARY DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Service: USPS Ground (Fast)

Cost: Complimentary on all orders, no minimum spend.

Dispatch: Orders placed Monday–Friday before 5 PM EST ship the same business day.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking number and direct link to monitor its progress. You can also log into your Aesthetics Dynasty account to view tracking details at any time.

SIGNATURE-CONFIRMED DELIVERY

For added security, we offer signature-required delivery. This service is recommended for high-value purchases to ensure your items are received safely.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery speed may vary by location. Estimated arrival dates will be displayed during checkout. Please note: holidays, weather events, and carrier delays may extend delivery times.

DELIVERY ISSUES & CLAIMS

While we package every order with care, Aesthetics Dynasty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier.

For lost or misdelivered packages, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

If you need assistance initiating a claim, our Client Care team will gladly guide you through the process.
