Welcome to Aesthetics Dynasty! Our Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds on the Aesthetics Dynasty website (the "Site"). By making a purchase on our Site, you agree to adhere to the policies outlined below.
1. REFUND TO ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT
Please allow 2-4 business days to process the return once it is received. You will be notified via email once processing is complete. If you requested a refund, we will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding the original shipping charges that may have been applied to your order). Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
2. FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked "Final Sale" are considered final and cannot be returned once purchased.
3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
All merchandise returned for a refund must have original tags attached, be unused, and in sellable condition. Additionally, returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
4. 14 DAYS RETURN POLICY
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

Under your Account Dashboard, navigate to your Order History.
Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
Follow the prompts to complete the return request.
Once your return request is submitted, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.
6. SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is a result of our error or a defective item.
