RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Return shipping is complimentary within the United States. Héritage Final pieces are final sale unless faulty.
HOW TO START A RETURN
Use the returns portal below. Enter your order number and email, choose the pieces coming back, and a prepaid label arrives in your inbox. Print it, pack the garment, and drop it with the carrier.
Prefer to write? info@aestheticsdynasty.com with your order number, and we will send the label.
EXCHANGES
If a size is the issue, tell us and we would rather send the right one than refund the wrong one. Exchanges follow the same 30-day window and depend on availability at the time your return reaches us. If the size or colorway is gone, the refund is issued instead.
REFUNDS
Refunds go to the original payment method for the full purchase price, processed within 2 to 4 business days of the return arriving at the Maison. Your bank may take a further few days to show it.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If a piece arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, write to us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We replace or refund at our cost, including Héritage Final pieces.
