At Aesthetics Dynasty, every garment is crafted with precision and purpose. We stand by the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Our policy is designed to be clear, fair, and in keeping with the elevated service you deserve.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

OUR 14-DAY RETURN WINDOW

Our 14-day return policy ensures that garments maintain the integrity and freshness expected of a luxury brand. After 14 days, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

INITIATING A RETURN

Navigate to Order History.

Select the order containing your item(s).

Follow the guided prompts to submit your return request.

Our Client Care team will send detailed instructions for shipping your return.

REFUND PROCESS

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment for the full purchase price.

Processing time: 2–4 business days after we receive and approve your return.

Your bank may take up to two billing cycles to reflect the refund.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

We are pleased to offer complimentary return shipping on all eligible items.

Simply follow the return process to receive your prepaid return label.

This policy excludes Final Sale items, which cannot be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time your return is processed. If your desired size or style is unavailable, we will issue a refund per the above terms.
